Have you tried our mix-milk cheeses?

Iberico

From central Spain, Iberico is made from a mixture of cow,
sheep and goat's milk, which is reflected in its mild yet tasty flavour.
Sometimes Queso Iberico is mistaken for Manchego.
Excellent for cooking or eating, and goes well with Spanish red wines.

    Podda Classica
A wonderful pasteurized cow and sheep's milk cheese
from the island of Sardinia.
Aged for almost one year, this cheese has a wonderful sweet,
nutty flavor, a crumbly, slightly crunchy texture,
and a lingering tangy finish.

Valdeo'n

Valdeón is a rich, creamy, intensely-flavored cow and goat's milk blue cheese.
Valdeón wheels are wrapped in Sycamore leaves,
which contribute to their distinctive appearance and complex flavor.
Valdeón pairs well with wines made from the gamay grape,
such as Beaujolais cru and Muscat.
This cheese is delicious served with honey and unsalted butter.

Istara Chistou

CHISTOU is the newest addition to the Istara line
of French Basque cheeses.
Known for cheeses made with milk of sheep,
Chistou is created using an interesting twist;
it is a blend of 50% cow and 50% sheep,
both pasteurized and BGH-free.
The two milks combine for an exceptional taste
and superb slicing capability.
The semi-firm, supple body is encased with a natural rind,
typical of Basque cheeses.
The flavor is tender with fruity nuances, smooth and pleasing,
and will delight both novice and connoisseurs alike.

. . . .to mention a few!

WINE IS COMING, WINE IS COMING.
We have some wine and more coming! Life is good.
Take care, see you soon.
