One Jar Peppadew peppers
8oz soft goat cheese
2 tablespoons Chives minced
Directions:
Soften goat cheese in a bowl by mashing with a fork. Drain peppadews and place bowl side up on a serving plate. With a small spoon place ½ teaspoon of goat cheese inside each pepper. Top with chives and serve or keep refrigerated for up to three days.
