Grafton’s Smoked Chili Cheddar starts with a creamy, buttery cheddar made tangy by the use of raw milk, and then packed with habanero, jalapeno and pasilla peppers for an invigorating kick of spice and chili flavor. After everything, it’s cold-smoked over maple and hardwood, adding on another layer of smokey flavor that balances out the sweet and the spice.
