In this class, discover the shared scientific roots of cheese and winemaking, and why cheese can be referred to as the “the wine of foods”. Uncover the answers to the popular questions such as “what are the crystals in aged cheeses?”and “how do oak barrels affect the taste of wine?”. Show and tell examples will be provided!

We look forward to having you attend our class. We would like to make you aware of our cancellation policy. Due to the limited seating and often sold out classes, we request a one week prior notice for cancellations. With a one week or earlier cancellation notice, you will be issued a gift certificate for the amount of the class. Regretfully, less than a week’s notice, we are unable to issue a credit or refund.
