How long have you worked at the Cheese Lady? 10 months
Favorite cheese (today) and what you like about it: Cheese Lady Raclette (From Alp Steiner Holberg). I get to play with my raclette melter. It goes on everything, it’s a Swiss, and it’s a great stepping stone to introduce someone to raw milk and Swiss cheese. Plus we have it because we’ve helped someone else!
Favorite food/dish or recipe: Udon! There is so much flexibility in noodles and broth. I can have something different every time I make it.
Favorite Movie – Tombstone is my favorite movie. I am a sucker for an old western movie and the characters are awesome.
Favorite Book – The Alchemist is my favorite book. It’s short, and it takes me on an adventure every time.
What do you like best about working at the Cheese Lady? Everything. It’s the best job I’ve had. I love the cheeses, I love the customers, I love my co-workers. There is always something new to learn or create.
Personal tidbit of interest about you: I will hopefully be a medical illustration student in the fall. Art and Science have been a constant in my life and I can’t wait to combine the two.
