How long have you worked at the Cheese lady?   2,5 years Wowza!

Favorite cheese (today) and what you like about it: Bucherolle, it’s super diverse for pairings and wine. I love the tang of the goat and super creamy edges

Favorite food/dish or recipe:  An O’Sullivan family Sunday roast, including roast chicken. Leeks and butter beans, crispy potatoes, mashed carrots and parsnips, Yorkshire pudding, and gravy

Favorite movie/book/or band:

  • Movie:  The Wizard of Oz
  • Book: “Tell Them I Didn’t Cry” by Jackie Spinner
  • Band/Musician: Joss Stone, Jason Muraz, Cake, Traveling W., Beatles, Matisyahu, Modest Mouse, Duke Special

What do you like best about working at the cheese Lady? The people, customers and co-workers alike.  I’ve never worked with such comradery.  Our customers are fantastic, It’s really nice to work somewhere everyone is happy to be & we learn so much from our customers which is wonderful and exciting.

Personal Tidbit of interest about you? I absolutely love soccer, Tottenham is my jam! I’m mom to a wonderful lil fella, Liam, and getting ready to plunge into married life with Ryan and shoot for our happily ever after.  I am passionate about international relations and hope to finish my degree in that subject.
